Marthinus Coenraad Janse van Rensburg

After obtaining his BLuris degree in 1970 and completing his articles in 1973, his professional career began as an assistant in the litigation field. Over the years, however, he shifted his focus and specialised in Conveyancing and Property Law. With his extensive knowledge and experience, MC plays a vital role in Van Rensburg Schoon Attorneys’ Estate Planning Department.

To this day, he is involved in day-to-day client consultations and assisting clients with contracts and negotiations. In cases that relate to Property Law and general litigations regarding contracts, MC is one of the most trusted attorneys on our team.

As a valued part of his community, he also regularly volunteers at the Herfsland Retirement Home.
