Eagle Canyon Golf Estate

Eagle Canyon Golf Estate is a highly successful multi-million residential Golf Estate in Honeydew, Johannesburg.

VRS sourced the land on behalf of an overseas investor and saw to all negotiations for the procurement of the land, the compilation of a professional team, and the sale of the land.

Serengeti Golf and Wildlife Estate

VRS successfully assisted African Kingdom Holdings (Pty) Limited, the developers of the Jack Nicklaus Serengeti Golf and Wildlife Estate, with their environmental appeal against the Department of Agricultural. All legal aspects relating to Estate, from the development of the land to the operation of the clubhouse, are handled by us.

We are currently assisting the developers in the negotiations and procurement of international development funds in the access of half a billion Rand.

Riverfields

Currently, we are assisting Trans-Acht (Erasmus Family) in the development of the biggest single-owner development in Gauteng. The development will consist of a new town area called Riverfields, which will be situated on more than 100 hectares of land.

All commercial contracts and negotiations to create and ring fence bigger property owners’ associations (which will act as a mini town council for the new town area) are handled by VRS.

It operates directly in both the Pretoria and Johannesburg Deeds Registries in Gauteng, ensuring that the delays that are usually experienced when utilising Correspondents in either of the Deeds Registries are avoided as our conveyancers attend both Deeds Registries each day to ensure personal attention for each transaction.
